Mounting hardware is included for installing the units on walls or other flat surfaces. Then, connect the included IR cables for remote control, and plug the dual power supplies into an AC outlet.

The IR cables let you control your source device with its remote (play, pause, fast forward, etc.), while you're standing near the receiver located up to 50 meters away. Make sure the transmitter's IR bulb is within sight of the source and the receiver's IR bulb is in range of the source's remote.
