    The Q-Riser 140 monitor stand elevates your screen to an ergonomic position at a perfect eye level. In addition it is always necessary to adjust the distance of your screen. Make sure that the top of the monitor does not exceed your eye level. The correct monitor position promotes a healthy posture in front of your screen and prevents strain in your neck and eyes.   • Ergonomic background
