Dual Access, standard on the L2000, allows it perform multiple functions simultaneously. Dual Access provides users with the ability to; scan into memory while sending a fax/iFAX, scan into memory while receiving a fax, print while sending a fax from memory and program the machine while sending or receiving a fax.

Further, a forced reception feature can be enabled to ensure that all documents stay in memory and are only printed on request. While direct mail prevention eliminates unwanted faxes.
